AWESOME PRIZES WERE WON AT OUR FIRST EVER GAMES COMPETITION 2011!
Learn 3D was very proud to run our first ever Learn 3D "Home Grown" games competition.
People downloaded the awesome games* created by our super students, practiced and voted for them on The Verge’s Facebook page for their favourite game.
rAge Invaderswas the winning game of the polls, and was available for people to play at our stand during this year's rAge expo
After many hours of practicing at home and playing at our stand, three people rised up to be the final winners, with the following scores and prizes:
- 1st prize: Sony PSP, won by Megan Humphrey with the score of 165 450
- 2nd prize: Rugby 2011 for the XBox, chosen by Arno van Wyk who scored 150 560
- 3rd prize: R250.00 Look ‘n Listen voucher, handed to Alessandro Armellini after reaching 135 040
Now our students are busy developing a true 3D game using Unity. Make sure to check us out at rAge next year! You could end up being the next winner!
